The Caban investor portal

Two managed vehicles and a co-investment programme. Request the overviews here — documentation is shared with qualifying investors after a short review.

Caban manages two investment vehicles: CGRPE, a US-domiciled private equity fund investing globally in fintech and healthcare, and CABVEST (Caban Equity Investments Ltd), taking strategic minority stakes in scalable South African businesses. Qualifying investors can also co-invest deal-by-deal alongside Caban in vetted transactions from our advisory pipeline.
