What we collect. Information you submit through our contact, readiness-check, and newsletter forms: name, email, company, and the details of your enquiry.

Why we collect it. To respond to your enquiry, assess funding readiness where requested, and — only if you subscribe — to send you our insights and updates.

What we don't do. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it outside the Caban Group except where required to respond to your request or by law.

Analytics and session measurement. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this website. It records anonymised usage — pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and general navigation — and can replay those sessions so we can see where the site is confusing or broken. We use it for one purpose: to make the site easier to use. Clarity masks the contents of form fields by default, so what you type into a form is not captured in a recording; anything you deliberately submit reaches us through the process described above instead. Clarity is operated by Microsoft and sets cookies to distinguish one visit from another, governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can prevent this by blocking cookies for this site or using your browser’s Do Not Track setting — neither affects your ability to use the site or to contact us. We do not sell or share analytics data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@caban.co.za. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe option.

Retention. Enquiry information is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided.
